Reconnect Malden is a community alliance dedicated to reducing our dependence on technology and increasing our connections to each other. We believe tech can be helpful, but it should be a tool, not something that controls us. 

Our Major Goals

Better Understanding of Our Choices: We seek to educate and support each other on hot topics like phone-free schools, screen time controls, and reducing our addictions to our phones.

Stronger Regulation on Technology for Children: Through education and accountability, we aim to minimize the harms caused by technology designed to addict us.

Encouraging Screen-Free Family Activities: We strive to reconnect families in our community by promoting local activities, events, and resources that do not rely on screens.
